Payment for classes - payment for a block of 6 weeks is required when booking. non attendance will result in a loss of that week (unless the class is cancelled by Ruth Munday Dog Training. in which case we will carry the class payment forward to the end of your block)
Payments for classes are non refundable and non transferable.
Payments for 121 consultations are required 48 hours before your appointment to secure your booking. If you cancel your appointment less than 24hours before your scheduled appointment full payment will be required.
CLASSES
ALL DOGS MUST BE ON LEAD AT ALL TIMES, THIS IS NON NEGOTIABLE, REGARDLESS OF IF YOUR DOG HAS A GOOD RECALL AND FRIENDLY WITH OTHER DOGS.
Any injury to a person or a dog is the sole responsibility of the owner.
We have a variety of dogs with a variety of issues that come to us and we want everyone to feel comfortable and enjoy themselves at our training classes, please do NOT allow your dog to interact/ play with any other dogs despite if they are friendly. If you wish for your dog to play with another please arrange to meet up away from the training ground.
We use the Red Dog "I NEED SPACE" scheme in our classes, if you see a dog with a red marker please give that dog and owner plenty of space. There are a whole number of reasons why a dog may be based by red marker, it may mean they are nervous, recovering from an injury, excitable or reactive to other dogs. If you would like your dog to have a red Dog marker please let the trainer know at the beginning of the class and before you get your dog out of the car.
Please ensure you arrive on time for you class to avoid any disruption to the other dogs and owners that are already working.
Should you have any doubt if training may be cancelled e.g. weather conditions etc., please call check your emails, txts, voicemails, we will also have notifications on Facebook.
We reserve the right to make ammendments to class times and changing of days, and reserve the right to merge classes together subject to suitability. Please check your emails, txts, voicemais and facebook.
If your dog goes to the toilet on the field please bag it up, there are bins located around the field.
Please DO NOT ALLOW YOUR DOGS TO URINATE ON OUR EQUIPMENT this is for hygiene purposes. We understand accidents do happen, please inform the trainer who will provide you with equipment to clear up.
VACCINATIONS
It is the owners responsibility to keep up to date with your dogs annual vaccinations. Due to the number of dogs we have at our training ground we would ask that your dog has the Kennel Cough vaccination.
Puppy Vaccinations - Puppies must of had their 1st set of vaccinations before attending our classes, this is done at the discretion of the owner. All clients must be aware that our classes may have mixed levels of vaccinated puppies attending. By agreeing to these terms and conditions you are agreeing that you understand the risks and accept full reponsibility for any illness that may occur. Most vets will recommend starting classes one week after their second vaccination, please take this into consideration before booking your space.
photographs and or videos may be taken during your class and use them for promoting publicity. Should you wish not to have any photographs taken please send us an email to confirm this.
